Setup or large layouts is November 20 from 7am through Door 18 at the south side of Hall 3. Register at Door 18 on south side of Hall 6 anytime after 7am. Move-in for all others is from 8am through Door 18.

The Interantional Centre will no longer allow us to cross aisle power. To help reduce our spiraling costs we are asking small exhibits, less than 20', if possible to back on or be adjacent to another smaller power user at not cost. If it is absolutely essential that you must be open on all sides, then we will offer you subsidized power of $50 including GST. Your cost would be $75 (incl GST) (All other exhibitor services & fixtures are free).
