Setup for large layouts is November 17 from 12 noon to 6 p.m. through Door 18 at the south side of Hall 3. Move-in for all others is from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. through Door 18.

The Interantional Centre will no longer allow us to cross aisle power. To help reduce our spiraling costs we are asking small exhibits, less than 20', if possible to back on or be adjacent to another smaller power user at not cost. If it is absolutely essential that you must be open on all sides, then we will offer you subsidized power of $50 including GST. Your cost would be $75 (incl GST) (All other exhibitor services & fixtures are free).
